1. What to do if there is water inside the watch?

If there is only a small amount of water vapor inside the watch, it will automatically disappear over time, or you can wear the watch on your wrist upside down; after two hours, the water vapor will automatically disappear. If there are drops of water inside the watch, you should have it repaired as soon as possible.

2. What to do if you received a damaged parcel or product?

If you received a damaged parcel or product, please contact us ASAP. You may return the damaged item, and we will arrange to resend a new one to you.

4. What if I want to get the watch as fast as I can?

You can contact the buyer to change the express channel and pay extra charges.

5. Special note: Fully automatic mechanical watches rely on the motion of the arm and automatic winding, so they must be worn for more than 8 hours a day to ensure timely and accurate operation. Some automatic mechanical watches can also be manually wound to supplement energy; the method is to turn the crown 15 times clockwise without pulling it out. Manual winding cannot supplement energy for watches that are not automatic.

6. Warning: Watch the pointer from 8 p.m. until 4 a.m. the next day, all the time. Please don't adjust the calendar, week speed-dial buttons, or press the months. Otherwise, the calibration may be ineffective, and it may cause damage to the speed-dial buttons if pushed again, which could damage the movement.
